The April 1951 issue of Fire Engineering (Issue 4 and Volume 104) mentions this fire:
What’s Burning: The following list includes fires of $10,000 loss and over in the United States and Canada for the month of March, 1951. Month Ending March 31, 1951 […] Hutchinson, Minn.—Niebler’s meat market and frozen meat locker pit, Red Owl grocery store and Hartwig apron shop destroyed.
This was Red Owl in 1955.
In 1946 it was called Getzke Meat Market.
Thanks for that info, Justy. I’ve found that this fire was at 11 Main St. N., Hutchinson, MN.
